3.3 Loan Disbursement

Upon loan approval and execution of the loan agreement, funds will be disbursed to your designated bank account. Disbursement timelines may vary based on verification requirements and banking processes.

4. Interest Rates and Fees

Interest rates and fees are determined based on various factors including your credit profile, loan amount, and tenure. All applicable interest rates, processing fees, and other charges will be clearly disclosed in your loan agreement.

You agree to pay all applicable fees, interest, and charges as specified in your loan agreement. Late payment fees and other penalties may apply for missed or delayed payments.

5. Repayment

You are responsible for making timely repayments as per the schedule outlined in your loan agreement. Repayments can be made through various methods including:

• Automatic debit from your bank account
• Online payment through our website or mobile app
• NEFT/RTGS/IMPS transfers
• Cheque or demand draft

Failure to make timely repayments may result in late fees, penalties, and adverse impact on your credit score.

6. Prepayment

You may prepay your loan in part or full, subject to the terms and conditions specified in your loan agreement. Prepayment charges, if applicable, will be clearly disclosed in your agreement.

7. Default and Consequences

If you fail to make payments as per the loan agreement, you will be considered in default. Consequences of default may include:

• Late payment fees and penalties
• Adverse impact on credit score
• Legal action for recovery
• Reporting to credit bureaus
• Collection activities

8. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Keep your contact information updated
• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not share your account credentials with others

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
